How do you receive your credit?

Choose the option that suits you best from the following options and show us your completed points.

We'll thank you with a credit of up to €200, calculated pro rata to the purchase price and refunded via your payment method.

* You grant us a simple, temporally, spatially and content-wise unlimited right to use the content/media you provide – including editing and commercial use.

** The newsletter (2-3 times per year) can be canceled at any time.

Frequently asked questions about credits:

How is the amount of the credit calculated?

You can decide for yourself which of the above points you would like to implement and submit the relevant evidence to us. For each point fulfilled, you will receive a percentage credit based on the purchase amount. It is possible to fulfil only one or more points. The maximum credit is 200€ in total. Example calculation: Purchase price: €1,000 Points fulfilled: 2

  • Result: 5% of 1,000€ = 50€ credit

    • The credit will be refunded to you via the same payment method you used for your invoice.

    How often can I receive a credit note?

    You can receive a credit note for each total invoice (i.e. each invoice including any subsequent calculations).

    I have lost my invoice. Can I still receive a credit note?
    Yes, you can still receive the credit, as we can view the invoices and assign them to you by entering your personal details, such as your billing address.
    I am having problems implementing or submitting the evidence. Who can help me?
