Shipping is standard after
Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Italy, Spain
possible.
Delivery is available to German islands. Surcharges may apply.
Deliveries to Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Switzerland and non-EU countries are available upon request.
If you would like to ship to these countries, please send us an email to Stefan@amoligno.com before placing your order and state the item, quantity, and delivery address, including the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then let you know promptly whether we can ship to your desired country. If delivery to your desired address is possible, we will inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to confirm the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner in advance.
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers through credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import-related duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties). Pickup is possible by appointment at the following address: Amoligno, Königstraße 59, D-31785 Hameln. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
There are no shipping costs for the delivery of digital content, i.e. products that are not on a physical data carrier (such as download items).
Delivery times
The delivery time in Germany is 2 – 4 weeks. Almost all items are made to order, as 95% of our products are individualized unique pieces.
Usual delivery times are noted in the item description.
Items in stock will be shipped within 1 week.
For digital content, the link(s) for downloading will generally be provided immediately, but no later than within 24 hours. The information on calculating the delivery date below applies accordingly to the calculation of these deadlines.
In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
We are legally obligated to inform you of the shipping conditions and shipping costs before you make a purchase.
This is difficult for us because these are handcrafted items made from natural materials that are subject to fluctuations.
We manufacture the majority of our products as individual pieces; in some cases, we only present drafts for which we do not yet know the packaging dimensions and weight.
We have tried to take this legal obligation into account.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order from us.
We will accept this with a separate order confirmation (within 5 days at the latest). This confirmation will specify the binding shipping costs.
Should there be any discrepancies, you can cancel your order within 14 days.
Any amounts paid in advance will be refunded immediately.

Claiming costs if the shipment cannot be delivered on the first delivery attempt
"If delivery cannot be made due to a typo or other carelessness on the part of the consumer when entering the delivery address and the package is subsequently returned to the retailer, the consumer must generally accept a new delivery attempt. However, the retailer can make the re-delivery of the shipment to the shipping service provider dependent on the prior reimbursement of any storage costs incurred, on the one hand, and any additional shipping costs incurred, on the other."

Important:
For goods delivered by freight forwarding, delivery is "free curbside," i.e., to the nearest public curb to the delivery address (unless otherwise stated in the shipping information in the seller's offer and unless otherwise agreed).

We will contact you when your order is completed.

After full payment, we will commission a shipping company to ship the goods at the desired time.

Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 business days. Saturdays are not considered business days.

You will receive an email from the shipping company about the shipping status.

If agreed: The shipping company will contact you by phone to coordinate the delivery date. No Saturday deliveries! The goods must be accepted within 5 business days.
Returns/storage due to non-compliance with a delivery date will unfortunately be at your expense if the shipping company charges us this.
The risk of loss or deterioration of the delivered goods due to non-acceptance passes to you!

Payment terms for the creation of a service contract:
Will be agreed with you separately within the framework of a work/work delivery contract.
You can find a sample work/work delivery contract here.
Since we primarily manufacture customized products and almost all items only to order, the creation of a work/work delivery contract is standard.
Payment conditions for immediate purchase (directly on the website):
PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment.
For the payment methods
- Direct debit via PayPal,
- Credit card via PayPal and
- Purchase on account via PayPal
Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.
Advance payment by bank transfer less 2% discount:
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 3 days, stating the intended purpose. We will send you our bank details and the transfer purpose separately via email during order processing.
Cash payment upon collection less 2% discount:
You pick up the goods from us yourself and pay in cash on site.
We will first notify you by email that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods at the address above by scheduling an appointment.

Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the Apple Pay service on a supported Apple device and follow the verification steps.
